An Insight To Chef Céline:

To start off, anyone who is getting to know me should know that I not only love creating food, and photographing it- but of course I love to eat. This is important to know for my overall career goal. After graduation, I hope to work under a renowned food stylist, where I can get into the finer details of food art & photography. 
My next step in my food journey would preferably be starting my own small business. I would love to own a Cajun- style street food truck, called Mama Mo's (named after my best friend)! My business would carry me through the next decade or so. At the end of my career, I would love to settle down as a food critic/food blogger.
