WAR EAGLE !

My time at Auburn University has been some of the best 4 years for me. I started out majoring in Education, but soon found my passion for Hospitality & serving the community I have been placed in. Being in culinary science, I have expanded my horizons and definitely pushed past my comfort zone. The supporting classes I have been taking over the years have solidified my knowledge, not just in food, but the whole industry. Just to emphasize the culinary side of my education, I have included two dishes I am most proud of!

Most Impactful Classes:
Hospitality Law: I thoroughly enjoyed taking Hospitality Law, solely because the knowledge taken from the course allows me to better protect myself & my business. Being able to know one's rights as a company is so important in an industry with a lot of grey areas.

Event Operations: This course was not only taught by one of the kindest professors at Auburn University, but it was so interesting seeing the Events side of the industry! Culinary & Events go hand-in-hand so often, and I appreciate having the knowledge under my belt. When out in the real world, if working with an events space or event coordinator, I hope my knowledge can help the event be even better for the client.
